All customers of the Affiliates are subject to Net 30 accounting procedures unless one-time services are completed thereby payment is due at time of completion. Any account balances that are 90 days past due are subject to collection procedures, in addition to any cost or legal activity associated with the collection process. All warranties written or implied for products and services are automatically void in the event of late or non-payment.
